Recruitment Process

  • Hiring process is managed based on the staff status which is planned at the beginning of the year. Our approach is to first evaluate internal candidates for open positions while using career platforms to also include external candidates in the process  based on needs. A multi-staged interview process is always used to make sure the expectations of the candidate meet the expectations of the company on the correct plane. Although we make online interviews as part of the new normal, we also make face-to-face interviews whenever necessary by taking all precautions for both parties.
  • A 2nd interview with the Department Manager and/or Director will be organized for eligible candidates following the Competency-Based Interview. Candidates who are eligible can also attend the final interview with the General Manager, and in case of eligibility, reference check, wage offer, and hiring process operation will be initiated. Hired candidates will become a part of Genveon family following the 2-month orientation process.

  • Mass recruitment process is applied for our field personnel. Due to high number of applications, eligible candidates will go through one-on-one interviews and evaluation processes will be put into practice following the group interviews. In accordance with our inclusion and diversity strategy, gender, religion, language, race, personal preferences such as political opinion, etc. of each employee who will become a part of the Genveon family are not taken into account under any circumstances. Commitment to work and personal motivation are our primary criteria.
